USDT
Deposit Tether over Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), move the balance onto a PayNovaX card, and spend it online. Both networks credit the same USDT wallet, so you are choosing a route, not a different asset.
Tron is usually the cheaper send. Ethereum is the fallback when your exchange will not let you withdraw TRC-20. Nothing else — BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, and the rest — will arrive.
Two routes, one balance
Each deposit address in your account listens on one network. Send TRC-20 USDT to the Tron address, or ERC-20 USDT to the Ethereum address. Mixing them is how USDT gets lost.
TRC-20
Usually the cheapest and quickest way to move USDT in.
Use this unless your exchange or wallet cannot withdraw over Tron. Confirmations are typically quick, and the network cost is usually a rounding error against the amount you are depositing.
ERC-20
Widely supported by exchanges, but gas costs more than Tron.
Use this when TRC-20 is not on offer. Gas is set by Ethereum demand at the moment you send, which is why the same transfer can be cheap at 4am and expensive during a busy New York afternoon.
Both sends credit the same USDT balance in your account. You are not keeping a Tron wallet and an Ethereum wallet — you are picking the cheaper (or the only available) way to arrive at one number.
The part that cannot be undone
Tether issues USDT on far more networks than we accept. Exchanges will happily let you withdraw on those chains. PayNovaX will not credit them. The two addresses in your account are Tron and Ethereum — if the network picker on the send screen says anything else, stop.
The same applies inside the two networks we do accept: TRC-20 USDT sent to the Ethereum address, or ERC-20 USDT sent to the Tron address, is a wrong-network send. The ticker matching is not enough.
If you hold USDC rather than USDT, that is a different pairing — Ethereum only — and it lives on the supported tokens list rather than here.
Crypto sent across a network an address does not support is generally not recoverable, by us or by anyone else. Match the network shown next to the deposit address against the network you are withdrawing from, then send.
From USDT to a purchase
A PayNovaX card is how USDT becomes ordinary online spend. You are not looking for a merchant that accepts TRC-20.
Your wallets screen shows a Tron address and an Ethereum address for USDT. Copy the one that matches the network you are withdrawing on. The deposit appears once that network confirms it.
Incoming USDT sits in your account, not on a live card. Topping up is a separate step, so a deposit never lands on a card you did not choose. You can split one deposit across several cards, and unload any of them back.
The merchant sees a virtual card, not a crypto transfer. That is the point of funding with USDT in the first place: pay somewhere that will not take a TRC-20 send.

What depositing USDT costs
PayNovaX charges 2% on the USDT that arrives, once. Tron or Ethereum then charges whatever it charges to move the tokens, and that amount never hits our books. Topping the credited balance onto a card does not add another percentage.
Deposit $1,000 of USDT and the PayNovaX fee is $20, leaving $980 in the account. The Tron or Ethereum network fee is extra and is set at send time, which is the practical reason to prefer TRC-20 when you can. Issuance and everything else sit on the fees page.
